Chair Yoga

This modified version of yoga is for individuals with health implications and the elderly. It improves flexibility, relieves cramps and stiffness, and leads to a happier mental state.

This program is offered on Mondays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This activity must be pre-paid as it is scheduled in blocks of classes. Please call the office for pricing at 250-765-3723.

Due to the size of the activity room, only a limited number of participants are safely able to attend.
