Group Fitness


Our Group Fitness classes are designed to include exercises for fall prevention and seniors with osteoporosis, low bone density or at risk of falls and fractures. Our goal is to improve your ability to do day-to-day activities, increase your independence and improve your quality of life.

Join us on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. for this safe, gentle, and educational program.

This activity must be pre-paid as it is scheduled in blocks of classes. Please call the office for pricing at 250-765-3723.

Due to the size of the activity room, only a limited number of participants are safely able to attend.
